30A – Final Reflection

This semester went by quickly for me, and I am going to graduate after it. Read through my posts from this class, I feel like I'm proud of myself because I worked hard on these assignments, and they are not easy to do. I can still remember the first post which is finding the bugs in my daily life. I think this is not only the starting point of this class, but this is also the basis of all following posts. The elevator pitches are the moments of drudgery for me because I don't have much experience in public speaking. I'm proud of the opportunity and the business I assumed or developed, and I think that is not just the daydream. I'm going to start my own business after I graduate, so things I did in this class are really useful for my future business. Therefore, I do see myself as an entrepreneur, and I think I have moved closer to developing an entrepreneurial mindset. The recommendation I would like to share is that the future students should choose their opportunities very carefully. The reason is that almost all assignments are related to the opportunity they picked, so I suggest them to pick something they are interested in.

29A – Venture Concept No. 2

Like I posted on my previous blogs, I want to make a "forever personalized iPhone case" service. This business will play a role in my life because I personally like to collect different phone cases. I like to do what I interested in. I am offering to customers the high-quality and customized iPhone cases with low prices. My name is Aobo Jiang, and I come from China. I majored in Food and Resource Economics. I transferred from Santa Fe College two years ago, and this is my last semester here in the UF. I describe myself as a creative person because I always have so many ideas in my mind. Therefore, I think my talent is my imagination, so I always have ideas to deal with my troubles and to solve my problems I met. One of my aspiration is that one day I can be a successful businessman. My service is called "forever personalized iPhone case" service. Just like the name of this service, once customers use this service, they will get a brand new iPhone case when they get a new iPhone. Our customers can also sell their old cases to us so that they can save more. Those are why our service called "forever". This service solves customer's unmet needs in many ways. It provides good products to customers. People can get a customized and high-quality iPhone case once they get a new generation of iPhone. They can also sell the old cases to us to get credits for their future purchase. We also have a plan for people who like to collect different phone cases which can save a lot of money for them. I am offering it to people who like to use iPhone and iPhone cases.

The common of my customers is that they are all Apple fans, and they like to use phone case. Also, the most important thing is that they want to save money in the phone case. They care about it because a good iPhone case can cost them more than 30 dollars, and they have to change to a new one once they change to a new generation of iPhone because of the different shapes. Also, for people who like to collect different cases, they even spend more. Our customers are willing to pay their money to buy our service because they can not only save money on their new cases, but they can also get the cases with high-quality and characteristic. My core competency is that we solve all the unmet needs of phone cases for our customers, so they don't need to worry anything about their phone cases. We make fashionable and high-quality cases, and we also recycle their old cases. Therefore, our customers can not only have good products with low prices, but they also avoid wasting. In conclusion, I do believe these five elements can fit together. There is a high percentage of iPhone users whatever in the U.S. or worldwide, and most of them are using phone case. Therefore, I believe there is a big market for this service in the future. Moreover, I got many useful feedbacks from my classmates. Two main points I got from the first idea napkin are about the monthly service and the Android phone. I think both of them are really useful. The monthly service is good for people who want to give this service a try and see what is this service going on. For the Android phone, I want to say that I want to focus on the iPhone first because like I said, there are more than 50% people are iPhone users, there is a big market for iPhone. Also, we are the beginners in this area, so we want to focus on one thing to make sure we can boost our success rate.

All of my feedbacks are really useful. Some of them think that the main point of this business is to make sure the quality and price of this service are great enough for customers. Some other also think the monthly plan is necessary for new customers. Overall, these feedbacks give me a lot of useful information for the success of my business.

28A – Your Exit Strategy

First of all, I don't think I will sell my business for a large return. I also won't stay with this business for several decades and retire. The reason is that my business about the iPhone case plan has the long-term development. Even though we just focus on the iPhone right now, we will develop our strategy to other brands. So I intend to protect the venture as a family business and pass it to my children. My exit strategy has influenced the other decisions I've made in my concept. Like I said, I just want to focus on the iPhone in the beginning, but I decided to develop our business to other brands and system in the future for the long-term development.

27A – Reading Reflection No. 3

The Art of Social Media: Power Tips for Power Users, Guy Kawasaki

1) What was the general theme or argument of the book?

Just like the title of this book, the general theme is all about the importance of the social media. Nowadays, the social media determines the destiny of a company or a business, and the impacts of economic and human are huge.

2) How did the book, in your opinion, connect with and enhance what you are learning in ENT 3003?

In my opinion, this book definitely connects with and enhance what I learned in this class. So far, I learned a lot about entrepreneurship, and I can find something is same or similar to the principle I learned in this class.

3) If you had to design an exercise for this class, based on the book you read, what would that exercise involve?

Find an opportunity and make a development plan related to the social media.

4) What was your biggest surprise or 'aha' moment when reading the book? In other words, what did you learn that differed most from your expectations?

The diversity, importance, development, and impacts of the social media.

26A – Celebrating Failure

1) I'm not sure if this was a failure. I feel so hard when I record my first elevator pitch for this class because I'm not good at giving a speech. I almost gave up that assignment, but I finally make it even though I try it for more than 20 times. I feel like I need to challenge myself to do something I'm afraid to do, and I think I improve my presentation skills by doing that.

2) What I learned from it is that don't easily give up any difficulty you met. You can somehow learn something you cannot expect in the beginning by trying to solve those difficulties.

3) Failure is something we don't want to have at all. However, failures help us to find the weakness we have and to overcome and improve that weakness. How I handle the failure is that I try to encourage myself when I failed. I usually find a quiet place and calm down. Then, I think about the reason why I failed, what I learned from it, and how I avoid the same type of failure in the future.

25A – What’s Next?

Existing Market

Step 1: The next step of my service is going to develop the partnership with other groups and companies in this area to make sure we can survive in the existing market.

Step 2: I interviewed three of my classmates from my other classes who are iPhone and iPhone case users, and they also like to collect different cases. They all said that they only care about the price of the service and the quality of the iPhone case. One of them said that the next thing I should care is how to attract customers. He thinks we should focus on the advertisement next. Other two said we have to have the good designer for our phone case because they think they not only care about the quality and the price but also the appearance.

Step 3: Based on my own expectations and the feedback I received from customers. The next step we should focus on is still the partnership with other companies. They already have had successful experience in this area, and we can learn a lot by collaborating with them.

New Market.

Step 1: I have posted something on my previous blogs about the B2C market. I talked with my cousin Lin Wang about the WeChat business, and I also talked with Yang Li who is a manager in ZTO Express ( an express delivery company in China). I think B2C is a very good way to develop our business and service.

Step 2: Since we can design produce the iPhone by ourselves, we think we can develop the B2C market in the future.

Step 3: I interviewed two people from step 1. They all think our service is perfect for the B2C market. They told me how the WeChat business and Alibaba (known as Taobao in China). Those are very good example for B2C and C2C market.

Step 4: I learned a lot about the B2C and C2C market. I think those two markets are the future because more and more people are willing to shop online. I also think we would like to develop our service in those markets.

I got some useful feedback from my previous pitch. One thing surprised me is that all of my classmates think that my opportunity about the iPhone case is a good business opportunity to actually do. Some of them also give me some tips for this business such as the monthly plan. I'm also very glad to have these 3 pitches to improve my speech.

21A – Reading Reflection No. 2

Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Peter Drucker

1) What was the general theme or argument of the book?

Just like the title of this book, the general theme is all about innovation and entrepreneurship. It explains and analyzes different opportunities and challenges for the entrepreneurial economy in the U.S.

The exercise should involve the connection between innovation and entrepreneurship. This book was written based on the principles, so it is important for students in this class to understand different principles the author used in this book.

4) What was your biggest surprise or 'aha' moment when reading the book? In other words, what did you learn that differed most from your expectations?

The most difference from my expectations and the biggest surprise is that although this book was written in the 80s, the principles and the theme are still great enough for today.

20A – Growing Your Social Capital

Domain expert:

1. The person I talked was my uncle Guangyu Li. He owns a raw material factory for small commodities in Wenzhou, China.

2. I am filling the domain expert with this person because he is a technical expert who knows a lot about the product I want to produce which is the iPhone case.

3. We know each other for a long time, so I just call and talk to him directly.

4. He is willing to solve the technical issue for producing the phone case, and he is also willing to have a partnership with my company.

5. Since I think he is already a successful entrepreneur, I can learn a lot from his business both in technical level and conceptual level.

Market expert:

1. For the market expert, I talked to my cousin Lin Wang. She runs a WeChat business (WeChat is a social software originate in China. She use this software to sell different products to people she knows or her friends know).

2. I am filling the market expert with her. She is targeting my market with similar products services, and she knows about the customer behavior.

3. I use WeChat to talk with her.

4. She can teach me how to do business in WeChat in order to develop the Chinese market.

5. I can learn something about the customer behavior and the online sales experience.

Supply expert:

1. Since our service is an online service, so I talked one of my father's friend named Yang Li. He is a manager in ZTO Express ( an express delivery company in China).

2. I am filling the supply expert with him because I have to have a partnership with the company like this to provide our service and products to our customer.

3. I can find this person because of my father's advice. He introduced this manager to me, and we communicated by email.

4. He is willing to introduce the whole industry chain about the express delivery in China.

5. Since I learned something about the express delivery service, I can easily know how to work with them to develop our service.

Reflection:

This experience definitely differs from my networking experiences in the past. I have to talk to someone I know or I don't know about the topic I have never think about before. These conversations with them are really helpful. Even I don't run a real business now, it gave me the irreplaceable experience than before. Therefore, I think this helps a lot if I run my service company in the future.

19A – Idea Napkin No. 2

1) You. Who you are. What your talents are. What your skills and experiences are. Also: what are your aspirations? Specifically regarding your business concept, how do you see this business (if you were to start it) playing a role in your life?

My name is Aobo Jiang, and I currently majored in Food and Resource Economics. I describe myself as a creative person because I always have so many ideas in my mind. One of my aspirations is that I can be a successful businessman in the future. Again, I want to provide a service to people who like to use and collect iPhone cases, and it's called "forever personalized iPhone case" service. I see this business because I am a big iPhone case fan, and I like to collect different kinds of iPhone cases. So I am excited to do something I interested in.

2) What are you offering to customers? Describe the product or service (in other words, how you'll solve customers' unmet needs).

I am offering to customers customized iPhone cases with high quality and low prices.

3) Who are you offering it to? Describe, in as much detail as possible, the demographic and psychographic characteristics of your customers. Think especially of this question: what do your customers all have in common?

I am offering this service to people who like to use iPhone and phone case. They like fashion so that they like to collect different phone cases. They are young college students, and they want to save money on this hobby.

4) Why do they care? Your solution is only valuable insofar as customers believe it's valuable to them. Here, explain why customers will actually pay you money to use your product or service.

They care because they enjoy their hobbies. They want to have fashionable and high-quality iPhone case, and they also want to save money on this. Therefore, I believe they are willing to pay to use this service.

5) What are your core competencies? What sets you apart from everyone else? Also: what do you have that nobody else has?

My core competency is that we solve all the unmet needs about phone cases for our customers, so they don't need to worry anything about their phone cases.

Feedback memo:

Two main points I got from the first idea napkin are about the monthly service and the Android phone. I think both of them are really useful. The monthly service is good for people who want to give this service a try and see what is this service going on. For the Android phone, I want to say that I want to focus on the iPhone first because like I said, there are more than 50% people are iPhone users, there is a big market for iPhone. Also, we are the beginners in this area, so we want to focus on one thing.

18A – Create a Customer Avatar

My service is designed for people who like to use iPhone and phone case and also want to save money on the phone case. My main customers are all iPhone users, and they also use or sometimes use phone case. They like fashion, and this is one of the most important reasons why they choose our service because they can custom their own unique phone case on our service website. Therefore, the age for them is about 18~25 college students. They like to collect different kinds of cases and to save money at the same time, and this is one of their hobbies.

I do think I have in common with the customer avatar. I personally am an iPhone and phone case user. I also like to collect different cases, but I always want to find a way to save money on the case. However, I don't think this is a coincidence because this service is created by myself. When I think about the opportunity in the beginning of the semester, the first thing I thought about was what people's real needs in daily life. Then, I started to think about my own needs, so this idea came into my brain. In other words, I am also one of my customers. So I don't think this is a coincidence.

17A – Elevator Pitch No. 2

16A –What’s Your Secret Sauce?

1) Describe five ways in which you think you have human capital that is truly unique.

1. Thoughts and ideas: I always have this or that kinds of ideas in my brain when I try to solve a problem.
2. Sense of responsibility: I don't easily give up any difficulty I met.
3. Sense of humor: I have a sense of humor when I get along with people.
4. Knowledge of history: I like studying history so that I know history very well.
5. Relationship: I can get along well with others.

2) Five interviews:

1. Eason: my best friend. "One thing makes you different is that you always have many unique thoughts," Eason said.
2. Billy: my another friend. He said that my humorous is one thing makes me different.
3. Betty. my girlfriend. The sense of humor and responsibility are two ways she told me.
4. My mom: She thinks what makes me different is my creativity.
5. My dad: He thinks my attitude of doing things is my best strength.

3) After I interviewed five people, I'm not surprised by them. There is no difference in my assess myself compare to others because they are the closest to me, and they know me very well. Therefore, I do think my interviewees are correct about me, and I don't need to make any corrections to the list in part 1.

15A – Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No. 2

I interviewed three of my friends, all of them are iPone and iPhone cae users. When I ask them about the price, quality, and price, they said that all these three elements are equal important. All of them cares about the proce of this service. At the same time, they also care about the quality and the style of our iPhone case. Therefore, I feel like if I want to do this business, I have to find the balance between the price of this service and the product itself. Customers are not willing to pay money on the low-quality and ugly cases even the price of this service is low. My segment more likely to buy online, customers can simply select different "combo" they want to purchase. All of my three friends also like to do it online.

Again, the "forever personalized iPhone case" service is for people who like to use iPhone and phone cases. People can get a brand new customized phone case once they buy a new iPhone after they use this service. They can also sell their old cases to us for extra money. For these three people I interviewed, they all feel that it is worth to buy this service because it saves them more money and avoids the wasting on the old cases. After I ask them "What sorts of things make them think a purchase was a bad idea?". All of them still worry about the quality and style for our products. Overall, I still think the most important part for this business is the customer satisfaction for the products. Only high-quality and popular products can help us to improve our service.

14A – Halfway Reflection

1) Tenaciousness is a competency. What are the behaviors that you have used (or developed) to keep up with the requirements of this course?

- First of all, the "Tool Pages" is the most important part for me because it contains everything you need for this course. Moreover, checking the videos everyweek is also important. I always pre-read each assignment and give myself 3 days to think about it so that I have enough time to finish it.

2) Tenaciousness is also about attitude. Talk about a moment or two when you felt like "giving up." What pulled you through? Do you feel like you've developed a tenacious attitude during the past two months? What experience or experiences most contributed to this?

- I felt like "giving up" when I do the "elevator pitch" because I am really not good at speech. I thought that I may still get A even I don't do this assignment. I finally did the pitch because I want to challenge myself and to improve my speech. So I definitely develop more or less a tenacious attitude during past two months.

3) Three tips. What are three tips you would offer next semester's student about (1) fostering the skills that support tenacity and (2) developing the 'tenacious mindset' ?

- 1. Always plan ahead
2. Think deeply for each assignment (useful for your future)
3. Enjoy each opportunity to practice

13A – Reading Reflection No. 1

Steve Jobs, Walter Isaacson

1) What surprised you the most?

- The experience of how Jobs to be succeed.

What about the entrepreneur did you most admire?

- His long ranging vision.

What about the entrepreneur did you least admire?

- His management of human resource (CEO John Sculley)

Did the entrepreneur encounter adversity and failure? If so, what did they do about it?

- For example, he was dropped out from college, but he still continued to take cources which he interested in. Then, he was fired from his first company he worked. He didn't give up what he want to do, and he believe that he is the new generation of the entrepreneurs.

2) What competencies did you notice that the entrepreneur exhibited?

-  Perseverance - like I said in the last part, he never give up what he want to do even in difficult times of his life.

3) Identify at least one part of the reading that was confusing to you.

- It's "reality distortion field".

4) If you were able to ask two questions to the entrepreneur, what would you ask? Why?

- What are your suggestions for youngers who want to start their own business? I want to ask this question because I want to start my own business after I graduate this semester. I need some suggestions from a successful and great entrepreneur like Steve Jobs.

5) For fun: what do you think the entrepreneur's opinion was of hard work? Do you share that opinion?

- His opinipn of hard work is that people should follow their dreams step by step until you achieve it. Those failures are the valuable experience for your future.

12A – Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No. 1

The segment I chose was people who like to use iPhone and phone case, but want to save money on the case. I interviewed three of my classmates from my other classes. All of them are iPhone users, all of them like to use the phone case, and one of them like to collect different cases. I asked them when and why they need some service like the "forever personalized iPhone case" service. They said that when they buy a new iPhone, the shape is different from the old one. Therefore, they want to buy a new case for their new iPhone. At the same time, they cannot find a way to deal with their old cases, so they think this wastes their money.
When I ask them what is the very first thing they do to find a solution to their problem, they said the only thing they can do is trying to buy a case they like, but some of them are really expensive. They do talk to their friends and family about their needs, but it's really hard to solve. After the interview, the conclusion I find is that people who want to save money and to not waste their resources on their phone case need the service like ours. This segment helps me to know more about the customer's behavior so that I can adjust my business strategy.

11A – Idea Napkin No. 1

1) My name is Aobo Jiang, and I come from China. I majored in Food and Resource Economics. I transferred from Santa Fe College two years ago, and this is my last semester here in the UF. I think my talent is my imagination, so I always have ideas to deal with my troubles and to solve my problems I met. One of my aspiration is that one day I can be a successful businessman. Like I posted on my previous blog, I want to make a "forever personalized iPhone case" service. This business will play a role in my life because I personally like to collect different phone cases. I like to do what I interested in.

2) I am offering to customers the high-quality and customized iPhone cases with low prices. My service is called "forever personalized iPhone case" service. Just like the name of this service, once customers use this service, they will get a brand new iPhone case when they get a new iPhone. Our customers can also sell their old cases to us so that they can save more. Those are why our service called "forever".

3) I am offering it to people who like to use iPhone and iPhone cases. The common of my customers is that they are all Apple fans, and they like to use phone case. Also, the most important thing is that they want to save money on the phone case.

4) They care because a good iPhone case can cost them more than 30 dollars, and they have to change to a new one once they change to a new generation of iPhone because of the different shapes. Also, for people who like to collect different cases, they even spend more. Our customers are willing to pay their money to buy our service because they can not only save money on their new cases, but they can also get the cases with high-quality and characteristic.

5) As a phone case collector, I didn't find any service like our service to make people save money and to give people good case with customized and good quality. Therefore, this is our core competency, and I think this service has a huge market in the future.

These five elements fit together and create a  blueprint within my brain. These elements also explain why this business is going to fit the future market. This service provides what people's real need, and I believe one day I will make this happen.

9A – Testing the Hypothesis, Part 2

I interviewed five people from my other classes, and all of them are iPhone users. Three of them told me that they change their phone case very often. They will get this service because it helps them save a lot of money. The other two people told me that iPhone case does not really matter for them. They may not buy this service. Who: People will choose the service based on the personal preferences. People who like to use iPhone and phone case will choose to buy this service, but others not. What: This service provides a high-quality and custom iPhone case with a low price to customers. People who buy this service will get a new case once they buy a new iPhone. Why: Different people have different preferences. For example, some people like using iPhone, but some like using Android. Some people like using phone case, but some people don't.

8A – Solving The Problem

My opportunity from the previous assignment is the "forever personalized iPhone case" service for people who need to change their iPhone cases for their new shape iPhone. For this opportunity, after I interviewed 5 different types of people and tested "who", "what", and "why", I find that there are three problems need to solve which is quality, competition, and customer service.

My solution for these three problems involves both product and service. We will try our best to make high-quality products to satisfy customer's needs. All materials we use will be good and recyclable. Moreover, if customers don't like their custom cases, we accept termless return money or exchange within 10 days. I believe these can help us to improve our quality of products and customer service and to compete with other companies.

7A – Testing the Hypothesis, Part 1

1) & 2) An opportunity I would like to pursue is that I want to make a "forever personalized iPhone case" service. I want to start with iPhone because so many people are using iPhone nowadays, and new iPhone always comes with the different shapes. Therefore, people have to change to a new case. People who use this service can get a high-quality and custom iPhone case with a low price once they get a new iPhone. I got this idea from Sprint, and they have the "forever iPhone" service which is that people can get a lower price when they want to buy the new generation iPhone products.

The who: People who use iPhone products.
The what: This service provides a high-quality and custom iPhone case with a low price to customers.
The why: New iPhone always comes with the different shapes so that people have to change to a new case.

3) Testing the who: Once again, the "forever personalized iPhone case" service provides a high-quality and custom iPhone case with a low price to people who personally like using iPhone, so I don't think there are any others need this service.

Testing the what: I personally use iPhone case. However, I know that not everyone uses the case, so this service is just for people who use the case.

Testing the why: We all know that Apple currently launched two new iPhone which is iPhone 8 and iPhone X, and iPhone X has a different shape on the camera than the iPhone 7. So those people who will buy the iPhone X who like to use phone case have to buy a new case for their new phone.

4) Interview #1: The first person I interviewed is my girlfriend, and she is both the iPhone and case lover. When I first time tell her about this service, she thinks this is actually a good idea to do. She thinks this service is what she needs.

#2: The second person I interviewed is my best friend Eason. He also thinks this is a good idea, but he actually doesn't use iPhone. He also thinks the problem is the level of the quality. He said he will choose this service if it can promise the high-quality of the case.

#3: I interviewed one of my classmates from my another class. She said that although she doesn't use case, she still thinks there is a huge market for this idea. After I asked her about the problem related to this service. She said that you must have to find somewhere to start such as the resource and the initial capital.

#4: I interviewed my cousin by phone. He said the biggest problem is that the customer's satisfaction. He said that the custom is a good way to satisfy people's needs, but he worries about the customer service. You have to make sure your products are good enough to compete with others.

#5: The last person I interviewed is my father. He told me that I have to prepare enough to start this idea. The most important thing is market research, he said. You have to prepare to deal with the competition from other case companies.

I still think there is a huge market for this service. After I interviewed 5 different types of people, I find that there are three difficulties I have to overcome - the quality of our products, the competition, and the cuntomer service.

4A – Forming An Opportunity Belief

There are different situations where the unmet needs from. In my opinion, unmet need is that people want to get something or want to do something but they can't at that point. Some people don't want to ask when they have something cannot solve themselves. I think there are two reasons why people don't ask for help. One is that people fear rejection, and another is that they are confident to solve it. I think the best way to overcome this is to talk to people and go take a part in some activities. I think this answer has 80% possibility to trade humans scared to invite. The relaxation 20% relies upon on whether people need to exchange this situation or not.

Interview:

1. A UF student (Female)

Have you ever had this problem that you want to ask something or to get help, but you didn’t?

-Yes, I do have this kind of problem.

What is the reason? Is that because you are scared to be rejected?

-Yeah, that is the main part. Rejection is embarrassing for me. And I think most people have this kind of problem, right?

What do you think the best way to conquer this problem?

-Probably, speaking more, talking more to people? I don't know.

Do you think joining a speech club or something like this can help?

-That would be great, gonna be a good idea.

Reflection: Most people think talk more is a good way to overcome the fear.

2.  A Santa Fe student (Male)

Have you ever had this problem that you want to ask something or to get help, but you didn’t?

-It depends on what thing do I need to get help.

What is the reason? Is that because you are scared to be rejected?

-Not really. Sometimes I just want to solve it by myself.

What do you think the best way to overcome this problem?

-For me, that is not a problem.

Reflection: Some people don't worry about the rejection, and they just want to be more confident to get things done

3. One of my friend in Santa Fe College.

Have you ever had this problem that you want to ask something or to get help, but you didn’t?

-There are lots of things like you said.

What is the reason? Is that because you are scared to be rejected?

-That is the one obviously.

What do you think the best way to overcome this problem?

-Done't to be shy, talk more, and something like this.

Do you think joining a speech club will be worked?

-Yeah, definitely. This is what we need.

Summarize: After I interviewed these humans, I am not certain my opportunity continues to be over there. And my possibility isn't correct. Because all of us has their personal personality.  Having trouble to ask relies upon on exclusive conditions. But as marketers, we are able to’t surrender so without problems. We can trade our route to specific customers the usage of specific methods. Learning how adapt customers’ comments is the basic factor. Entrepreneurs have to begin from reality after which open their imagination.

3A – Your Entrepreneurship Story

I hope one day I can be a good and successful entrepreneur and lead a company in the future. I have this idea because of one of the most successful entrepreneurs in China called Wang Jianlin. I would like to share what I learned from a TV show he attended. On that show, he shared his experience about him as an entrepreneur and his Wanda Group. The first thing he talked is that an entrepreneur must be creative. What is a commercial enterprise idea if no longer an innovative option to a common problem? When you come across barriers in a brand new commercial enterprise or just want something new, your creativity is what's going to lead you in your next first-rate concept. Secondly, Passion drives you. It’s what drives you closer and toward your dream. Without it, you’re significantly stifled. Moreover, in case you aren’t captivated with what you do, how can you assume each person else in your commercial enterprise to be? Then, he talked about cognizance. Most new entrepreneurs have “shiny object syndrome,” chasing after whatever modern-and-greatest idea catches their eye and by no means virtually selecting whatever. Don’t permit this show up to you — consciousness on one factor at a time. These are the experience I learned from Wang Jianlin.

My reflection: It's not hard for me to find the list of the top 13, but I have a little bit struggle for the rest of 7 bugs. The reason is that some of the bugs I can always face in my daily life, but for others, I have to think about the issues in the society and also affect me. However, as a good entrepreneur, we should not only care about ourselves, but we should also think more and further.
